Keep Fit through movement and dance

A Community Association Class

A class led by Alison Swarbrick, newly qualified teacher of movement and dance for Adult Fitness.

£2.50 per session (Participants will be asked to join Shincliffe Community Association at a cost of £1.25 per year)

The class content involves safe dance/movement routines to varied music and individual participants are encouraged to work at a pace that is right for them. Mats are not required as there will be no exercises sitting or lying on the floor in this class for the time being.
