This year's show on the 9th September was yet again a great success. There were 455 entries and about 650 people visited. Durham City Councillor, John Lightley, opened the show and welcomed the many families who arrived to enjoy the colourful display and friendly atmosphere.

The huge, "Best in Show" rosettes (awarded by vote) went to Mark Bolton for crafts and to Christine Warburton for her lovely painting of a mother and child.
